You all have a very rude gentleman that likes to cut you off and will even go as far to say "let me speak" while you are talking, I had to get into a big argument with him explaining what customer service is, he would not stop trying to talk over me explaining my issue. He is bad for your business and bad for customers, I would never come back to this service specifically because of him. I had called previously and spoken to this same guy before we canceled service and he was the same way. He sounds very logical, very to the point, hasn't ever given his name and maybe would be better suited as like a Truck Dispatcher?
