So many options to get around these days, but Hy’s is always at least 2 steps ahead. Sometimes I cheap out and take an Uber and I always regret not going with Hys. The cars and drivers are clean, new, and professionals. That is more important now than ever. They have always gotten me to and from airport on time and they drive like a chauffeur should drive, (not some guy trying to make a few extra bucks in a 10 year old limo). The customer service is great and the app has been very easy to use. The last airport pickup I had the driver arrived 45 mins early and called to say “no rush, I’m here, and. I just wanted to make sure I was on time for you so I got here early just to be safe.” On the contrary I’ve used other services and the drives call me 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrrive to say they are stuck in traffic or had to stop for gas. I have missed flights that way. Hys does it right from start to finish. I have turned on a few friends to them and they also agree it’s a TOP RUN operation. More...

I have never used a car service for personal use, but a friend recommended Hy’s for transport to and from JFK for a vacation trip out of the country. I am so glad I took her advice...using a door to door car service alleviated so much stress at the beginning and end of two long flights.
