How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It's very important to focus on whole foods as you'll get the correct amount of macros and calories in each day plus won't deal with things like bloating, inflammation, etc. You'll be able to reach your health and fitness goals much quicker in doing so.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By taking it one step at a time. When you try to jump into everything all at once, you will be overwhelmed and not accomplish your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nutrition, lowering stress levels, getting enough sleep nightly, getting in steps daily, and weight lifting.
