Hula maids is the best on the island. They have easy online booking with approximate pricing so you get a idea of the cost, but be sure to book them at least 2 weeks in advance. They showed up on time and got right to business. Hula maids cleaned every little nook and cranny of our small cottage after moving out and the place looks spectacular! Soup to nuts, this is the best housecleaning service we have ever used. From the easy, transparent, and informative booking on their website, to the texts and emails reminding you of your appointment, to their thorough and professional cleaning they are outstanding. The first time they came, my husband was off-island, but I raved about them. The second time, he was here,  and he said "I see what you mean!"They have their process down to a science, are incredibly flexible and accommodating, and have brought a whole new level of service to their industry. I am so happy I found Hula Maids.  I needed a move out clean of a very large home, and Hula Maids did a great job.  I found the owner Rado, to be very knowledgeable and a real hands on kind of guy.  He was there also the whole day working on a special project that was not a common issue, but as he said, "I've seen it all".  The team was efficient, thorough, and very courteous.  I would highly recommend this company and their work. I've had Hula Maids clean our 3BR home every other week for several months now, and I am totally pleased with their service. They have been diligent, professional, efficient, and thorough. I like the fact that their pricing structure is transparent and based on flat fees, so you know in advance what you will be paying. If any adjustments are needed, or they are running late, they are very good about communicating with you. I also just had them do a deep clean on my 1BR ohana, which has been unoccupied since August. It now looks 100% better than it did after it was "cleaned" by the prior owner before we bought the place.I've read the negative reviews. They don't jive with my experience. For the most part, they seem to be the result of a mismatch between the person's uncommunicated expectations and what Hula Maids actually includes in their service. I have only positive things to say about Hula Maids.Rado and his team were amazing.  They came out (on time!) and cleaned our house and were done within a couple of hours.  Each person took a room/bathroom and then came together to finish the general areas and floors.  They brought all their own supplies, rags and solutions and were very efficient.  They scrubbed everything down thoroughly, and put everything back where it was when they were done.  At the last minute we added on the "deep clean" as an extra and they had no problem accommodating.  They even cleaned the ceiling fans, the blinds, light fixtures, etc.  So wonderful!!  They were all so friendly and trustworthy and very receptive to anything that was asked of them (extras).  And the owner, Rado, was very courteous and professional and worked right alongside his employees, cleaning diligently.  He was very positive and I could hear him telling them what a great job they were doing.  And the house was spotless when they left.   They did a great job, worth every penny.I plan to keep their number in my phone and call them as often as possible.   Aloha! I booked Hula Maids to do an end of the lease cleaning for our large rental house located in a very dusty area of Kihei and the whole experience couldn't been any more pleasant.  Booking your appointment on their site is a cinch, they will send you text message appointment reminders before the cleaning and they show up on time and do an amazing work. Four people team showed up 15 minutes early and they were finished in less than 4 hours. The owner even returned the next day to do a walk-through with our landlord, who couldn't find a single thing to correct.  Needles to say, we got our entire security deposit back and I really can't recommend these guys enough. I have used Hula Maids services since moving to Maui several months ago.  I have nothing but POSITIVE experiences with Rado and his team. Their incredible attention to detail, their timeliness, and ability to accommodate my busy family schedule is noteworthy.  I also truly appreciate my ability to book online, receive reminders for the next cleaning and quick return phone calls or emails when I have questions.It is remarkable (as one other reviewer noted) how quickly they can complete a 3BR/2BR 1500sq ft home in under 3 hours and I always enjoy coming home to such a wonderfully clean smelling house!  I will continue to use their services (a godsend!) on a monthly basis to help me maintain my sanity :)  I would gladly refer them to my girlfriends who need that level of cleaning service! I booked Hula Maids to do a deep cleaning on my house last week and I couldn't be happier! Our house is quite large, 5 bed 4 bath but it didn't seem to phase them. They were on time, professional and very friendly in addition to doing an awesome job. My house has never looked, smelled or felt as clean as they made it. Holy wow. Hula Maids was seriously outstanding!We were in a hurry to move out of our apartment and booked a move-out cleaning for our 2 bedroom apartment in Kihei, which included cleaning of the refrigerator and oven and a ton of other extras. They not only did a fantastic job (we got all of our deposit money back), but the customer service and booking was straightforward and modern, which, let me tell you, is rare on Maui. Excellent new company on Maui that takes the hassle out of scheduling house cleaning.
