What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the impact on people - HR can be viewed as the roadblock, it brings me great satisfaction to shift that to seeing HR as a trusted advisor / partner
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been with the same company for 8 years, and was enrolled in an executive leadership program (Vistage), my cohort suggested the switch - this enables me to impact more organizations while having a bit more flexibility.
Why should our clients choose you?
First, my best fit is to smaller organizations (<500 employees). My magic is using my HR expertise to right-size an HR programs to your organizations unique needs. I am also very good at coaching and developing HR professionals and managers.
