The driver was on time, courteous, and articulate. The car was very clean. This was a 4 AM pickup. It was a greay experience and I would use them again. I highly recommend.

Best taxi experience I've had. I recommend booking online. You will get an email confirmation followed by a phone call to check. They were so courteous and professional. The manager gave me his number and said to call him if a driver doesn't text me an hour before my time, just to safe. I felt very well taken care of. The morning of my appointment my driver texted me an hour early to say he'd be arriving on time. He got me three minutes early, perfect. The car was a beautifully cleaned new Lincoln. It was pristine inside and smelled nice. Soft soothing music played and I felt totally relaxed and happy. I was on my way to surgery so this was the perfect way to calm my nerves. Pasha was fantastic, very professional and a superb driver. The car was very clean and smooth ride (Black Suburban). I had a 1 1/2 hr flight delay and he already knew this before I had even contacted him and was waiting the moment I came out of baggage claim. Originally booked my reservation online which was quick and easy and asked for Pasha on the return drive to the airport and he was right on time. Been taking this limo for many months now from Katy to the airport and back (as a consultant, I travel every week); the owner is extremely friendly and savvy. Things I want from my drivers: punctuality, friendliness, cleanliness, and flexibility with my work schedule. All of the drivers here have that. When I want to sleep - they have comfortable rides for that. When I want to chat, the drivers have all been quite engaging. I travel at odd hours, and the company has always accommodated. Got off the plane, turned on the phone, and had a messages saying the driver was in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it.  Sure enough, he was :-).  He helped us with our bags and delivered us to Galveston very quickly and the price was right, less than any other quotes I got.  We are going back to Galveston next year and will likely go with these guys again. I needed a pick up at 3:30 am in morning and after calling several company no one could guarantee me that someone will show up so I called VIP taxi and they were the only one able to give a guarantee and sure enough they showed up and it was with a late model suv very clean a safe driver his name was John and I made my flight what else can u ask. Love this taxi company! I always use them to and from the airport and I've had nothing but great service. The driver is always early and they text and email beforehand to confirm. In addition, the cars are clean and the drivers are courteous. The price for between Katy and the airports is about the same or less as a regular taxi except VIP Taxi really does treat you like a VIP. Highly recommended. More...

Julia and I recently had one of the scariest days of our lives when I found her passed out on our floor, soon coming to realize she had been there for hours. 911 was called and we went together in the ambulance. After being released from the hospital, Julia had nothing on her feet but her bright yellow hospital socks and the weather was super cold.We struggled to find a taxi service that would even pick up the phone until we called Houston VIP. The operator that day was interested enough to hear our story and promised she'd have a car to us ASAP. As promised, a driver showed up in minutes even in rush hour traffic. He too was incredibly kind and listened to the nightmarish story we had been through recently. Amazingly, when we reached our home, he refused to take any money. This honestly brought Julia and I both to tears and we now consider him a guardian angel sent that day to remind us that not all people were out to do us harm. I used this service for a very important appointment.  I only had 1 hour and 15 minutes scheduled to be in Houston before I had to leave.  I called at least 5 places before finding VIP taxi.  All of them could care less about what I needed and told me what 3 hours would cost.  I then called VIP and talked to Amy.  She really cared about my requirements and my budget!  My driver, Lo, texted me when he arrived at my pick up location.  I informed him I was running 20 minutes late.  He waited for me ( no charge!!!!) until I arrived.  I was so stressed because I had to get to an appointment and back in less than 1 hour.  He was the safest, most aggressive driver I have ever seen.  I made my meeting and back with no trouble.  If it wasn't for Lo, I would have been stuck!!  No questions, just hire these people.  You will be completely satisfied and refer them to everyone you know.
