We have used Houston dog Butler to walk our dog for more than two years now! They started when she was a puppy and would feed her as well as walk her while we were at work. As she has grown, they have started to jog with her and work very hard to tire her out. Rarely we have had an issue, but when we have, Jace and Adam (the owners) will call or text us immediately and address it. They truly do love what they do and are amazing to work with. We cannot speak highly enough about Houston Dog Butler! Our pup Cuatro LOVES his walkers and they treat him like their own pets. Their team truly goes above and beyond - from making sure only the safest toys are in his kennel when they leave, to making sure he gets the best exercise AND even putting up with our three (!) crazy cats who aren't even on their schedule! They always send the most detailed reports after each walk, are incredibly communicative and truly care about the well being of Cuatro. New client, and couldn't be more impressed. When I reached out to get information, I connected directly with one of the co-owners over the phone at length and he gave me a thorough overview of their business, advice, and put me at ease that they are competent and dependable. Houston Dog Butler (HDB) then proved this by arranging for puppy care this past week on short notice, and being flexible with our initial evaluation session and dogsitting sessions when I had to adjust the schedule. Then, our first week working with them happened to occur during a major tropical storm, with extensive rain and flooding. Their team still got to our house for every appointment for walking and feeding until the streets were literally so flooded it was impossible.... and the co-owners themselves filled in for several sessions to make it all happen.Would add that the app HDB uses is robust and makes communication easy; they provide a detailed report after each visit (with pictures) which really puts our mind at ease while we're away. They also asked many specific questions about our approach with the dog (trained for hunting) and have taken care to fill those requests to a tee.I have found the owners to bend over backwards for me as a new client, and I look forward to continuing to use them to dogsit on a regular basis! Love, love, love Houston Dog Butler! Their professional dog walkers make all the difference. They reinforce good loose leash walking behaviors. Their mobile app makes it super easy book walks and communicate with them. They're bonded and insured. After each walk I get a personal update including a GPS map of the route they took. I would give 10 stars if I could! I contacted Houston Dog Butler as I was having to stay in Houston (from Louisiana) for 3 weeks to undergo daily treatments at MD Anderson. I adopted my little rescue one year prior and my sweet little guy has lots of issues because of his past life. Separation Anxiety was at the top of the list and the list is long. I was not worried about me but so worried about my sweet scared of everything dog. Adam came to talk to me and he listened to all of my concerns. He was so reassuring that he and his team would do everything possible to take care of my baby during my treatment times. Not only did they accommodate me and my schedule during the 3 weeks but took amazing care of my sweet boy. My little guy who was very leery of people, after just a few days would then wait by the door for Adam or Kenedey. Once back from their walks they would take such good care of him until I returned. We have been using Dog Butler for the past several weeks and we’ve been using them daily to walk our 8 month old puppy during they day while we’re at work. We researched a lot of different options, including using Wag or Rover, but we didn’t feel comfortable trusting our puppy with anyone until we found Houston Dog Butler. The whole process of getting set up, to scheduling on the app was seamless and so easy. All of the walkers who have come have been so caring and patient with our crazy puppy. He doesn’t love going into his crate, but everyone has been so patient as we figured out how to make it easier on him. I am admittedly a little obsessed with our dogs. So finding a pet sitter when we are away was no small task. I found Houston Dog Butler and we LOVE them. They are professional and truly seem to care about our babies. After every visit, they will provide you a detailed update of the route (with map and distance) of your dogs' walks, how often they did their business, and how much they ate. This company! Wow! We have a whole little zoo in our home 3dogs and 2 cats. 2 of our pups are 10 mo old and super energetic and the other pup is 7 yrs and very timid. Our puppies come home tired and happy and our older pup actually comes out to play! They even make sure our cats are taken care of! Houston Dog Butler took care of my new puppy while I was at work, coming by twice a day to feed/potty/play. They were so professional! They were caring and loving to Asher, followed all instructions (which were detailed for a 9 week old pup!), and were a complete joy to work with. We were on the fence about a dog walker because we thought only we could manage our leash-reactive pups. We’re so glad we went for it! ! Bryce was wonderful assuring us about the process, safety precautions, and introductions with our pups. A couple days later, Francis came by, met our fur kids and they were off. We could not be more thrilled with Francis!! Our boys adore him, we know he provides quality care, and we love the daily notes and pictures from their adventures. Francis always goes above and beyond and even interacts with our kitties sending us little updates for them as well. Most professional, competent and customizable pet service I have found. Head and shoulders above other pet sitting services I've tried. I have 2 high energy, rescue German shepherds who are super protective of their home and generally not amenable to strangers entering, let alone "leashing them up" for a walk. These guys match walkers to your pet so I got 3-4 walkers/sitters who were experienced with large protective dogs and they handle them like pros! I have a crazy work schedule and its amazing to know that no matter how crazy my schedule gets, my pups get the exercise and "miles" they need to be happy boys. The walkers give them plenty of love as well, and, now when the walkers arrive they dart downstairs and greet their new best friends with tails wagging. HDB is absolutely amazing. I've been using their services for almost two months. The walkers are fantastic with my babies and, they love having them come. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Their system is super easy to use to schedule times or communicate with staff. I was impressed from the first consult with the owner. He told me they would send a text confirmation after each walk. Houston Dog Butler has been walking our 1 year old Golden Retriever pup since the beginning. We looked at various dog walking services in Houston and the owners who came to visit us left the best impression and were the most genuine we encountered. They are incredibly detailed-oriented and follow our instructions to a T. I have been really happy with Houston Dog Butler. They always come when they say they will and stay for the length of time scheduled. I have nothing but love for this company!!! I work long hours and kept either coming home to a mess or to disappointed pups and had to find a solution. After doing quite a bit of research I landed on Dog Butler and my life has literally changed in so many ways. My pups get played with for 20 minutes and then get a 20 minute walk every afternoon and the the price can't be beat at only $25 per day. I also love that after each visit I get an email/text with pictures from the visit and a lovely note explaining what they did. I will say, I was nervous that my dogs wouldn't react well to a stranger coming in the house but the butler's have never had any issues and my dogs LOVE them! Also, I've gotten the chance to enjoy more vacations now because Dog Butler will schedule as many visits per day as requested and even stay overnight. I wish more people knew about this amazing service... it is a wonderful treat for both the owners and their dogs. More...

This is BY FAR the very best dog walking service I have ever used. I've met several of the walkers over the past few months and they have all been amazing people who love and take great care of my two huge dogs. While some people may be scared of a duo pit mix and doberman mix (both over 70 lbs), these guys are pros and handle them with ease. Jayce and Adam Have created An amazing establishment that has become A huge part of my family. My boys depend on them daily. I have Three boys that have very different personalities. Every employee that has spent time with my boys has taken the time to acknowledge their differences and love them as if they were their own. The Houston Dog Butler Company truly cares about your family and your pets needs. I think we have all had experiences with companies that are only there to collect a paycheck. We have had a wonderful 2 months with our walker. We get photos and little notes, and on occasion whem we have a pakage at the door he sets it inside for us and lets us know too. Our oldest gal waits by the front door for him when we leave in the morning. It's created routine for our new puppy and helps us with potty breaks during the day so we don't have to rush home.
