Hot Mess BBQ has been catering lunch here at a jobsite that I’m currently working on. Monday..I went with the bbq nachos with no meat. Tuesday..I had a huge baked potato with no meat. The owner noticed my pattern and asked if I never eat meat,and I replied,”only fish”. She told me that we’d be having burgers and fries on Wednesday,and asked me if I’d like a black bean burger instead.WHOA!! I told her that I would absolutely love that! Today is Wednesday, and I swear that her black bean burger was the best I’ve ever had! Jen was so fun to work with! She was able to customize a menu that we knew would suit the needs of our wedding guests and still make it affordable. She was always quick to respond to calls, text, and email. The food was AMAZING!! My family was apprehensive about having a food truck cater the wedding (they’re old fashioned) but they absolutely LOVED it! We had about 120 people at the wedding and no one had to wait over a couple minutes. She was fast to get the food out and everyone had great things to say about it. Thank you so much Jen! If you like BBQ food look no further this is quick, excellent pricing, and the best BBQ you will find around here and off of a truck, it's gold grab and go style during work at lunch time, it really doesn't matter what you order, I've had this BBQ several times it's awesome, I am partial to the brisket but it is all some very awesome BBQ.
