Horizon Housekeeping

I paid a $214 deposit to deep clean 2 houses. Amber stated two people would arrive between 9a-10a on Tuesday. No communication from Amber until 11:45a. She reschedules for first thing this morning due to a power outage. No sign or word from her this morning. I finally sent a text at approx 11a, and receive a response explaining road crews are clearing the road and they cannot get out. I receive a text at 1p stating they will be able to leave in 20-30 minutes and asked if either home would be vacant. I explained we are painting one room, but she can clean the rest of the house. She confirmed. However, she never arrived or messaged. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication caused scheduling issues/delays for us.
