About

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My passion is helping people find hope and healing in the midst of their difficulties. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working with you to help you overcome the particular challenges you are dealing with. We work together to cultivate healthy coping skills, new insight, and to learn new ways of thinking about and overcoming the challenges you are facing.
I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help people develop new ways of managing day-to-day life and mental health concerns, as well as improving communication.
I am certified in the treatment of anxiety as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I am a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS) and am also EMDR trained in the treatment of trauma.
I have experience in private practice, hospital crisis assessment, and group therapy in both hospital and private practice settings.
