I was previously employed by HOPE for five years. HOPE provided the training and supervision I needed in order to obtain board certification as a behavior analyst. HOPE values its clients, their families, and each team member. HOPE continues to seek feedback from families and staff in order to grow and improve the services provided. Over my time at HOPE, I saw many changes in procedures that lead to more collaborative planning of programming and more efficient staff training. Furthermore, one of HOPE’s priorities is staying up to date with current research to make sure the most effective teaching strategies are being used. I only left this agency because I chose to go back to school and moved out of state. I am very grateful for my time with this company and would highly recommend it! More...
