Hello!

I'm Jeff Ballard, owner of Hoover Hypnosis in Hoover, Alabama, offering in-office and online sessions to clients. With certified training from accredited hypnosis academies and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice.

Using a blend of traditional and Ericksonian hypnosis techniques, such as progressive relaxation, visual imagery, NLP, EFT, and stress reduction processes, I aim to integrate neuroscience-based approaches while embracing the seemingly magical aspects of the mind. Additionally, I hold certifications in Steven Blake's OldPain2Go® Methodology and Andrew Austin's Integral Eye Movement Techniques (IEMT).

IEMT provides unique processes for working with stress and trauma, and many hypnosis techniques can be used in a "content free" manner, ensuring effective results without delving into intimate event details. I also uniquely have experience in working with anomalous events (such as ghosts, alien encounters).
