Not your typically massage sessions. I was not expecting a pod cast the first time a went, but now I enjoy them. The pod cast relax you. Etienne Joseph is FANTASTIC. The deep tissue massage are painfully the best massages ever. He talks to you, ask you what you want to work on,as well as finds any trouble areas that you may have that you are unaware of. I'm so pleased with how my session went today! I have held so much tension in my neck and shoulders due to a bulging disc and a couple bone spurs in my neck. It is no surprise to me that all the reviews before my review has been 5 stars. Etienne came highly recommended by so many of my athletic friends so I had an idea of what to expect, but I could never have imagine how amazing and perfect the massage could be. It was painfully the best massage I did not know I needed. I did not need to tell him any of my complaints, because he found all my troubled areas and even the ones that I had yet to uncover. He truly understands the biomechanics of the body and is a great educator. He gave me so much great advice to implement my own self-care work based on my specific issues. I think you can tell from all the other reviews that Mr. Joseph is not your typical massage therapist. If you're looking for the kind of massage that is relaxing and comfortable and makes you fall asleep, this is not the guy for you. If you're looking for relief from tight muscles from sports or gym work, or to help you fix dysfunction in your body, you have come to the right place. This is real deep tissue massage work, and it can get mighty uncomfortable at times. But the results speak for themselves. My shoulder pain is gone, thanks to this massage work, one cupping session on my shoulder, and a few tips about my gym workouts.
