Bob & all his staff are awesome! Â We have had them out twice now. They are always on time and VERY professional and helpful. If you are in need of any IT SERVICES I highly recommend the PCS GROUP they are super professional, efficient and very friendly. Bob sent Matt to set up my wireless printer to work with all my hand held devices and computer for my business and Matt show up on time and he set everything up and a very short time. I highly recommend this company for all you IT services. I had a computer at work with a broken cd drive. Â I called and Bob scheduled a time for a tech to come and fix it. Â The tech was in and out within 15 minutes! I've used the PCS group for work a few times and let me tell you they saved the day - Several days for that matter! Â My work computer had a very nasty virus that wreaked havoc. Â They were able to repair it and recover my data with no harm done!! Â I am more than impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Ahhh - very nice computer geeks! I brought my laptop in because the dvd rom player wasn't working and I imagined a big bill to buy a new part. In 5 minutes he showed me that my dvd player was disabled! YAY! No bill - just a smile and no condescension ( Sp ) for a ridiculous rookie mistake! More...
