I really appreciate that Mike with Home Meal Plans took an inventory of my dietary restrictions and formulated a clear and concise set of well balanced simply prepared recipes for me to enjoy. I was thrilled that each recipe came with a breakdown of how many proteins, carbs and fats I was consuming. Mike highlighted where I needed improvement, was quick to respond and easy to work with.
