I have to say I'm very pleased to write this review for Holtzman Home. As they explained, our remodel consisted of 3 phases.
Phase 1 was to completely tear out our old kitchen/master bath and build them from scratch. Direct communication with Brandon, the owner, was established from day 1. We also met with our field supervisor, David, who was very knowledgeable and patient!!! Thank you, Brandon and David!!! You both made the process so much easier than I was expecting.
Phase 1 started within a couple days when a dumpster was parked on our driveway and demolition began. Honestly, I wasn’t looking forward to the demolition because I was expecting a huge mess but was super impressed with how clean these guys were. We had all kinds changes done to our kitchen like the old soffit ceiling uplifted, new recessed lighting added, and all new electrical plugs were installed. We also replaced all the tile, our old countertops and old cabinets. I was totally blown away by Grace, our designer. The 3D renderings she showed us during the design look exactly like the finished product. Our kitchen was actually completed 1 week ahead of schedule, which I was very grateful for since it was just before Thanksgiving and we needed a fully functional kitchen for the holidays.
Phase 2 was our master bath. We had our old bathtub relocated and also had our cabinets, countertops, tile and fixtures re-done. Our master bath turned out amazing! Now, I feel like I am walking into a spa every time I walk into my master bath! Hmmm
Phase 3 was painting the whole house inside and out. We did have a couple changes to our remodel but it was never an issue to the Holtzman team. Thank you Brandon and company for the great work! Our new kitchen and master bath seem like they're straight out of magazine. Love, love, love them!!! So glad we chose Holtzman Home for our home!!! We definitely recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to everyone!!!

What a fantastic experience! The remodel process was a huge decision and not one I wasn’t sure I wanted to entertain.... .that all changed after meeting and getting to know a few of the key players I’d be working with. They helped me with everything from the layout and floor plan changes to finalizing every last design detail they even made it fun and exciting! My new kitchen is the envy of all our family and friends and I love to show off the work and quality that Holtzman created. I highly recommend them and would them again without hesitation. I had Holtzman help us with our bathroom awhile ago and left a review. They just finished the kitchen and I can’t help but write another great review for this company! With how great the bathroom turned out we decided to use Holtzman to help us tackle the bigger project of our kitchen. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole project. At the start of the project they showed us 3D renderings of what the project would like once completed. It was a one-stop shop and I was able to pick our flooring, countertops, cabinets, paint, new windows, hardware, and sink all in house. It was so nice to have the same people help me every step of the way. They have people in house that specialize in just one area and a designer that stays with you throughout the whole remodel to make sure everything stays on track. I am beyond satisfied with how the final project looks, Better Home and Gardens doesn’t have anything on my new kitchen! I cannot wait to start entertaining in my new and improved kitchen. We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects. More...
