This was my first visit to Holly's Gourmets Market. The food was fabulous. The market is filled with wonderful snacks and baskets of great tasting treats. Our event menu consisted of finger foods for a start and then soup, I had the white bean and bacon, meatloaf, green beans, rolls and Mac and cheese. The seasonings and spices were fantastic. A great place to hang out! More...

My wife and I attended a special event at Holly's so our experience was not conducive to a normal review, nonetheless we were impressed. Lisa and her staff prepared some wonderful samplers and foods. Everything was delish. They do catering, gift baskets, and you can also rent the whole place out (seats about 160). I hear their Saturday brunch is awesome. I'm looking forward to trying it very soon. More...

I looooove Holly's! This gem of a restaurant is an unassuming spot nestled in one of my favorite parts of town with one of the best brunches around. I love everything they have--from a delicious lox bagel to a breakfast bowl (the Rib Sticker is a family fave) to other fun dishes like the Toad in a Hole--it always takes a mimosa or two from the carafes they offer before I can make the incredibly hard decision of what to choose each time. Don't get stuck on just the breakfast though! Flip over the menu and fall in love with your new favorite lunch spot. Holly's has all your favorite classic sandwiches, plus a few fun new ones to try, if you're feeling adventurous. Bless this Knoxville staple! More...

The wait time was less than the hostess said, which is a good thing. I came here on a Sunday around 1pm. Initially, I ordered Holly's bennie with fresh fruit and a side order of the cheese grits. The grits were absolutely divine!!! I didn't have to add salt or pepper...they were perfectly seasoned. The fruit was very fresh and cut into perfect, bite-sized pieces. As to the eggs Benedict, I took one bite and sent it back. It has a weird paprika cream sauce that I just couldn't stomach. You have to be a huge fan of paprika for Holly's bennie. My server was very kind & gracious. She didn't give attitude about me sending the food back and asked if I'd like something else. I decided to go for the frog in a ditch. THAT was very yummy!Overall, it was a pleasant brunch experience. I will definitely be back. More...

Very good food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The hammerhead was okay, but the French toast was great. I never usually like breakfast food, but this was delicious. I would recommend this place to all. He only issue was that when we ordered a peanut butter and jelly for our child, they had "run out" of peanut butter. But other than that very good. More...

I placed a catering order last week for the UT College of Veterinary Medicine Pathology Club. We ordered sandwich boxes for our lunch meeting today, and we could not have been happier! I just wanted to share how excited and happy everyone was with their delicious and ENORMOUS sandwiches!I was also personally so grateful for our delivery. We had a last minute change in our venue that put us on the opposite end of the hospital than we had planned, and the deliverer was kind and patient as we worked out the best route to get there. I really take a liking to biscuits and gravy and so I tried Holly's and they were on point ! Also had two eggs scrambled and their fried potatoes which are outta this world and if you like potatoes then these are a must ! Restaurant was very clean and food was served promptly ! Went for Sunday brunch. There was a wait for the table and we waited a while after the order was placed. We ordered one of the signature breakfast and the bread pudding. This place is so cute! It has a such a retro, vintage vibe. The staff was so friendly and inviting. I came on a Sunday after church and although there was quite a line, the wait was not long at all! People were waiting inside and outside, but we waited no longer than 15 minutes. Servers came quickly and took our orders and we did not feel rushed. They constantly checked on us and always made sure we were OK. The food was soooo good - I ordered the Italian Sausage Eggs Benedict. It was yummy in my tummy. It had a Cajun twist to it and that is what my senses crave for. I also ordered a side of hash browns and they cooked it was a Mexican twist sautéed with bell peppers: yum! It also had a side of sweet salsa which was a great addition! I would definitely order this dish again and again. One con: I ordered freshly squeezed OJ - to my disappointment, it tasted like Minute Maid OJ with pulp.... that was not freshly squeezed at all & especially charging $4 a glass. I assume it was fresh because I am obsess with that. One neat thing I enjoyed, they had fruit infused water available for the customers that are waiting - that was sooo delicious and refreshing. I will be back most definitely! More...

Outstanding food and service! Have wanted to try Hollys for awhile. Was worried about the mixed reviews. Haven't been here since they opened the new restaurant. And we were happy we finally tried it! Got there at 11 on Sunday and waited about 5 minutes for a table. The restaurant is large but well laid out and upscale. Our server Will was awesome. He greeted us immediately and was very helpful with the menu. Efficient with just the perfect amount of friendliness we like in a server. The food was wonderful. I had strawberry pancakes. Large and moist enough to be eaten without syrup. Biscuits and gravy were delicious also. My husband loved his rib sticker. The sausage is spicy but not too spicy even for me. My coffee came with chilled cream. I like light roast and this was perfect for me. Didn't have the diluted coffee house taste some places serve. Looks like they have a coffee bar menu also. Fresh made desserts are available. I took key lime pie home got later. This was the best value for great food and service I've received in a long time. You won't be disappointed. More...

I would give it five stars had it not been for what I believe was the lady owner or Manager having a loud discussion about what they aren't doing right which I agreed with but it should not ever be discussed in front of patrons. The second reason they don't get five stars is also for a long hair found on top of my omelet. I didn't say anything and just pulled it off and guessing it was from the waitress. In the future, shower and brush your hair before work to help prevent lose hair from falling on the food. The food was great however and the coffee was as well. Will be back again. More...
