Stayed at HI due a layover in Philadelphia due to bad weather in Chicago. Check in process was excellent. The bar maid Pat and another lady (can't remember name) were very friendly to all the customers which created a great atmosphere. for Monday Football.

Good hotel if you’re just staying for a day or two. The front desk staff and their friendliness was the best part of this hotel. Stayed at this hotel for work and was night shift so I slept during the day. Most of the days I was woken up. From housekeeping barging in to them deciding to cut trees down to them booking a soccer team of young boys and putting them in rooms next to me. Probably a better hotel for people who sleep at night! The rooms are nice and remodeled though and they have the blinds that close all the way so the sun definitely didn’t wake me at all! More...

The internet was not working so I couldn't use my computer had to use my cell phone instead so I was not able to complete everything I needed to.

My overall experience while staying in this hotel for a week was nice. Check in/Out was simple. The room was clean and had all of the amenities that I needed for the work week. The only thing that I would like to mention would be that there was always a group of people sitting outside in the evenings with their cooler of beer and smoking cigarettes. Overall the stay was adequate. The wash room was very inadequate for the size of your hotel. One washer and one dryer is not enough when the hotel is sold out.

The Holiday Inn is my preferred chain and this particular Holiday Inn is one of my favorites. Bri was on the front desk this time, and she's always so pleasant. I often run into Megan some time during my stay, and she is always so welcoming. There are many hotels usually closer to where I'm working in the area, but none come close to the warm and friendly atmosphere this group of employees always exude.
