The bouquet I bought my mom was so disappointing. I paid over 50 dollars for a bouquet that didn’t have all the flowers that they showed online and a bunch of them were already wilting and dying and some fell off on the first day just by moving the bouquet. When I spoke to someone at the shop they were so rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. We just lost my brother and I really wanted to make my moms birthday, that was already super sad and hard for her, a little more special, but this bouquet didn’t accomplish this. So sad. More...

I wanted to offer a review even 11 years late, when my grandmother died I was heavily grieving, Anyhow just today I ran into a person whom attended my grandmother's wake and the first thing they said to me was BTW where did you get that lovely arrangement the one that said Nana, and they mentioned the detail of the woven roses, and how tight they were So I thought I should share how 11 years ago this person remembered how beautiful that arrangement was. I mostly wanted to say thank you.

The ladies at Holbrows are amazing! My daughter had her senior night for ENC women's basketball. We are from Utah, and traveling in for the weekend. They made us an arrangement wrapped so she could carry them onto the court. Gave us a vase to let her put them in when she got back to her room. Well, we were late getting there and then the game was canceled. The ladies let us come get them the next day, arranged them in a vase and everything. They also let me ship a package to them so I didn’t have to pack it. The arrangement is beautiful and the service was wonderful. I would recommend Holbrows Flowers to anyone and everyone! I bought this incredible bouquet for my girlfriend and it turned out wonderful! She was very happy with how it turned out. The service and turn around time was fantastic. When I was mixed up on delivery address and had to call back to give them a new location they happily assisted me with no extra fees. I found out later that they are family owned and have been around the local community for over a hundred years how cool! Can’t wait to continue using them going forward. More...

This local flower shop is one of my favorites I’ve ever been to in the Boston area. The only bad reviews I have read below are about paying $40 for 15x flowers that weren’t in a vase and they had to place themselves? ? It’s not costco or Trader Joe’s it’s a local boutique small business. When I spent $60-$200 for my auntie, a funeral, or my best friends graduation at Holbrow’s I received incredible work from a great small business. FYI The bathroom is in the back and the owner was kind enough to let me use it. I’ve been to a couple flower shops in Boston but this team did the absolute best and has always been accommodating.
