It has been a pleasure working with Heather! She had so much patience during our newborn shoot. Our son was being a little difficult but she was still able to get really great shots of him. As a first time mom I was nervous about what kind of mood my little one would be in for our photo session. When I got to the studio I couldn't have been more at ease & my little peanut must have felt the same. Heather's patience was impeccable and she didn't rush through a thing. Heather does such an amazing job! She has done several photos for our family over the years including the first 48 in the hospital after our son was born, newborn pictures and most recently our family pictures. I'm astounded by the perfection of her pictures. She know how to manipulate any situation to really capture the best angle for great pictures. For my birthday, my husband purchased a family photo shoot from Heather as a gift. Since my husband does some photography as a hobby, we have never had a professional shoot done. It was the best experience! I was nervous about getting the shoot done but Heather made it a fun and easy experience. She did a wonderful job engaging our kids (ages 6 and 4). She understood the importance of making it move fast so the kids didn't lose interest, while making sure to capture some amazing moments. We found Heather through Yelp. Frankly I am shocked that she does not have hundreds of reviews because her work is absolutely incredible! From the start, working with her was extremely professional. She was very timely with her email responses and was even able to fit us in on short notice. Her studio is attached to her home, and has a ton of props and outfits for newborns. She was so great with our newborn, she was able to soothe him and keep him calm between the outfit changes. Her patience was unbelievable! She accommodated all our requests for poses and props, with no hesitation. I will recommend H. Lane photography  to all my friends and family.
