Ive stayed here several times and it is always an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful, the manager is wonderful, the rooms are meticulously clean and feel very high end. Id recommend to anyone I know.

Front desk was pleasant and accommodating, the room was warm when I arrived took a few minutes to cool down, the view was wonderful, beds were okay nothing special, the food at the event was delicious. This hotel was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. I loved the spacious outdoor lounging areas. The conference room we used was average from my experence. Went to a luncheon for almost 300 people & the wait staff was excellent as was the food. A cold steak salad with an appetizer of humas & crudites. The key lime pie was also very goid. We started on time & ended on time at 1:30. Very well done. More...

Went for a conference, parking sucks. Yes they have valet but the self parking is limited. You have to drive around and hope to find a spot.
Be careful not to park across the street at the hospital, they tow.
As for the building and center, it's quite nice. Up scale, clean, and welcoming. I've been to many events here and besides the parking, they have been fabulous.
Maybe they can rent parking during events or just purchase the lot next door to build a parking garage

Very nice hotel! Stayed 4 nights and slept very well. Clean and the kiddo enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is that our balcony was on the corner of the building by two very large air handlers (assume for a. c. or something like that) and was very loud outside but the noise didn't carry into the room. Overall really nice hotel. They are located next to a lake and have a great view of the wildlife. The downstairs had a nice pool and hot tub but are only open till 10. They also have a nice restaurant that had live music one night. The gym is smaller but good enough. Would recommend staying here in a business trip or with family. More...

This hotel was very nice and I appreciated the service. I am a lifetime diamond so I appreciated the upgrade to the 9th floor the only thing, the morning breakfast staff needs to be a bit more quiet when prepping for breakfast. Loved it there! Great location with a ton of dining options nearby. The hotel staff was extra accommodating to us. As a hotel manager myself, i find it's the little things that matter. This Hilton does a great job of making you feel welcome. Room is clean with ample amenities. Nice beds and sheets. If I find myself in St Pete's area again I'll definitely be back here.
