(10/19/2016) Â We've been trying all the smoked meats from High Noon since they joined the State Center Farmers Market, they're a welcome addition! Â All the meats are phenomenal (and they've upped the ante since they started with ribs and brisket), good smoke, deep smoke rings, lightly seasoned, so the meat shines through, moist and tender. Â Kevin, if you're reading this, we're not really into the Smoked Mac 'n' Cheese, just too much smoke, maybe try just smoking the cheese itself then making the mac 'n' cheese? Â Otherwise, really great products! More...
