What can I say. The employees here were personable, anticipated our every need, and made my best friend's night the absolute best it could be. A night we will all remember forever. As I waited in my suit ready to watch my buddy get married the coordinator came out of no where with a towel for me to keep in my pocket to pat the beads of sweat that were forming on my forehead. They made sure we were hydrated via water and/or bourbon if we preferred (THANK YOU), they showed us how to stand, how to point our feet, hold our hands, how to hand the rings over, everything needed to make the memories frozen in the photos the best they could be. I am from the Columbus area and had never heard of this place. However, it is a true hidden gem in a city rich with historical and contemporary venues. On the other hand, we recently attended a wedding here and it was magnificent. ***I wish I could individually thank the staff working here. We could not be happier with our experience with High Line Car House!! We worked with Carly and her fabulous team. They were patient, courteous, fun to be around and responsive to my emails, phone calls, etc. They made sure our wedding day went exactly as planned. The staff was all very friendly and checked on my husband and I (as well as our families) the entire evening to make sure we were taken care of. We have received so many compliments on the venues atmosphere, as well as how delicious the food was! We chose do do heavy hors d'oeuvres, which provided an excellent variety for our guests! My husband & I just got married on 9/10/17. We booked our venue almost 2 years ago! I cannot express how simple all the staff made our wedding! High Line Car House was spectacular, we had our daughters Wedding Reception there 10-21-17. The building is so beautiful and makes a wonderful backdrop for a fabulous florist and any other decor you might have. We worked with Ali at HLCH during the planning stages and the day of, she was so pleasant and offered us great ideas and options to make everything run smoothly. All of our guests loved the food, drinks, and service. The menu options are fabulous, it is hard to narrow down your selections, the chefs are vey talented.
