Marv Heston's wedding photography is undeniably extraordinary! Nearly a year ago, Marv captured the unforgettable moments of my wedding. Not a day goes by that my wife and I don't marvel at the artistic vision that both Marv and his assistant Vicki were able to capture on our wedding day. We are so mesmerized by the beauty of his work that our Facebook profiles as well as all our electronic devices, both home and work, have one of his photographs on the desktop or walls. We received three of his most memorable photographs of our special day on our Facebook pages before we even went on our honeymoon the next day.Although we had made appointments with several photographers, after meeting with Marv, we knew that he was the one we wanted. We originally thought that we wanted a separate videographer, but he explained why that would be unnecessary. The wedding album and DVD exceeded all of our expectations. We were so moved by his work that we wanted each our parents to have albums of their own to enjoy, in which they both love. His work told the story of our wedding day perfectly.Marv was so professional and personable, that he felt like a part of our family. He and his assistant Vicki arrived early so that they could get the lay of the land, as we had a backyard wedding in the country. They were so creative with the locations that they selected. Our first look is one of my favorites. It was stunning how he blended video with still shots that gave us such a memorable moment that we will both remember for the rest of our lives. He is an artist and a story teller. It is apparent through the quality of his photographs that he has perfected his artistic vision.I would highly recommend him to any couple that is looking for a special photographer to capture their special day. Marv did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the photos for our daughter's wedding. As mother of the bride, I missed so many moments in all the activities and busyness of the day. When we got the proofs, I was so blown away by how he caught amazing personalities, casual fun times and the elegant still shots of the whole family. It's obvious that he has been doing photography for so long and puts a lot of care into his craft. Marv Heston is a true artist. If you are looking for someone to truly capture your special occasion, look no further. Take a look at his portfolio and you will see what I mean. Quite honestly, I cannot believe that he doesn't charge more for his work. I mean, if you are looking for the cheapest option and are OK with some film student who has a digital camera, well, that's one way to go. On the other hand, if this is a moment or an event where you really want to capture and preserve the emotional essence and the power of the moment, he's your man. Quite frankly, his skills and talents are unmatched in the Puget Sound region. I was at his studio recently, and this guy has won more awards for his work than Steven Spielberg. I highly recommend Marv and his services. We have used him on several occasions over the years, and we are always thrilled with the final results.
