These folks have a keen insight into the workings of the human body. I refer my patients to Exhale! regularly. The positive feedback I and gratitude from those same patients is now regular, and expected. So glad to have you in our home town! More...

This place is the bees knees. I've been going here for two years now and have worked with Tom & Marsha. :D They are seriously the best. Great, different perspectives that both teach therapeutic, but challenging classes. So glad I found pilates and so happy I found these two awesome teachers. More...

So, I've been going to Exhale! for 2 years now and have worked primarily with Tom and Marsha. I adore both of them. They have different perspectives, but both provide awesome feedback and a great workout. I always leave class feeling strong and happy. :D I'm absolutely addicted to pilates and it is because of this wonderful studio. More...

Pilates with Marsha has been a great experience. Good workout, and it really built up my core strength. I started totally out of shape - but after ~1 year I feel much stronger and more capable. Marsha manages her classes so that students are all at the same level and classes are small, so you get lots of personal attention. More...

This is a great studio.  I have taken Barre, circuit training and TRX classes here.  The staff is warm and very professional.  They are also very conscious of body mechanics and injury prevention.  Whenever I come here I always feel like I have gotten a good work out.  Heather is a fabulous Barre instructor.  She keeps you challenged while making the class fun.  Marsha, the owner, has always been very nice and helped me find a class package that was right for me. So far I have only attended beginners classes, which mostly consists of pilates on the mat + props, and a little bit of retainer at the end. But I love how well the guided pilates is, I really could feel how my body reacted to different movements. The instructor offered modifications that were easy to follow, and also was very helpful and personal. More...

I purchased a Groupon for 12 fitness classes in November 2013 and I instantly fell in love!I've tried just about every class, gave Pilates a shot, and now do yoga with Ce 5-6 days a week. Marsha is absolutely lovely and has a great team! I have had only wonderful and enriching experiences with every instructor and class. The small classes really appeal to me! I would be too intimidated to join a large group. The personal attention and gentle guidance make all the difference in the world. You will get a terrific workout and have fun doing so! More...

I am so glad I found this studio!  My only experience with group exercise classes in the past was very frustrating: overcrowding, a large number of participants, and no personalized attention were my biggest complaints.  I am so pleased that Exhale! is the opposite.  All of their classes are small and you have to sign up online to participate.  For me that is also motivation to attend since I'm already signed up.  The app is super easy to use.I have really enjoyed every class I have taken here.  With the small class size, each instructor is able to give personalized instruction, which is why I would rather go here than do an exercise video at home.  I like the variety of classes; so far I've taken a Pilates equipment class, Pilates mat & tower, and a Yoga class.  Every class just flies by and for the first time in my life I find myself enjoying exercise. This is a great studio. I take the Fitness/Group Classes and have been going here for 9 months or so. I mostly take Heather's Barre and Andrea's HIIT classes, but all the classes I've taken are good. They each have their own style and I like that I get something different each time. I also love that they are small classes so they can really keep an eye on you to make sure you are not going to hurt yourself or do something incorrect. Booking online is super easy, there's an app or I can log into the website. They are very flexible too. I've had to put my account on hold when I had some things going on that prevented me from coming for a while. Or when I've been on vacation. They were super understanding. This is one of the first things I've done fitness wise that I've really stuck with. It really isn't that expensive when it's actually something I will do and not just pay for and not use. I really look forward to my classes.  I've even got my sister coming now too! More...

The lockers and changing rooms make it easy to get in and get to class. Lots of great equipment that everyone always works with you to learn, and super clean. Love it! The instructors are great. I've been going here for 4 months now and have seen lots of changes in my body. This is the best I have felt since I was in high school! I am a person who doesn't like to try new things or go places alone, but after my first visit with Marsha I knew this was the place for me. The classes are small enough that you still get some individual attention and correction.  Marsha and Heather are a great combination. They have different approaches but its nice to alternate between them each week. More...

I absolutely love this studio, and after a lifetime of HATING exercise, I have fallen in love with Pilates.  Marsha is a terrific instructor, very patient, gives clear instructions, and lots of personal attention to each and every student.  I'm so glad I found this place.

I've only taken one class here, so my review is based on the wonderful experience I had in that particular class!  I'm new to pilates and have never taken a pilates equipment class.  And I can't stop raving about it, it was amazing!  Marsha was an excellent instructor giving constant feedback and lots of great help.  Classes are kept small and very personalized, it was almost like having a private lesson.I also found out that Marsha used to be a physical therapist, and I could tell by the instructions she was giving me.  I had a back injury last year and went and saw a physical therapist, a lot of the stuff we did in pilates class was very similar to what I did in my physical therapy, so I was very impressed.  Not only do you get a great work out, but you stay safe from injury, and get a physical therapy session out of it.The studio is a little hard to find.  I drove around the parking lot a few times, and finally one of the staff at the yoga studio next door came out (in the pouring rain) and asked me if I was looking for Exhale Pilates, and told me where to find it.  So if you are trying to find it, it's next to the yoga studio, above the tanning salon, on the 2nd floor.Absolutely love this studio, Marsha, & pilates equipment classes! Lucky for me I made it back to check out some pilates classes. I love this studio, so close to my house and with so many great options. Classes are kept small and provide very personal instruction, there are even multiple times of classes offered at multiple times of day to accomodate most any schedule. I have enjoyed both the pilates mat and the pilates equipment so far. This studio has tons of fun little toys and everything is all new and shiny, some stuff is still in its original wrapping. Marsha is great, and has big plans for this studio. I imagine there will be many more great things here in the future. She continues to offer great introductory offers, some that are unbelievably cheap. More...

Exhale has been a wonderful experience. In the past 6 weeks I have been going to Exhale I find myself stronger, leaner, taller and have a sense of well being.  It just makes me feel good physically and mentally.  Marsha (Pilates instructor) is not only extremely knowledgeable about Pilates but is excellent at teaching you the wrong and right ways of Pilates. She is very patient and attentive - all you need as a beginner like myself! I have recommended her to all my family/ friends and will continue to do so! More...

I was skeptical when I went to Exhale for a good workout. I wanted something that would really push my physical limits. Marsha's response. .. "sometimes Pilates is about doing less." Oh geez, this will be a gentle rehab session instead of a workout, I thought. What she said was actually true and necessary to get the workout I wanted.I've had good results with fitness in the past, including competitive swimming, bodybuilding, and yoga. I wanted to see why Pilates is so popular in Hollywood. Long story short, it's fantastic. I'm awaking core muscles that prior activities never could. More...

I've taken classes from Marsha over the past couple years and she's an exceptional Pilates teacher. She has a background in physical therapy and is great at helping you understand what muscles to use for different exercises and giving advice if you have injuries or problem areas. The studio is clean and really nice, and her equipment is new and top notch. You'll get lots of one-on-one attention and feedback thanks to the small classes. More...
