Will preface by saying I'm a demanding New Yorker and lifelong PR gal. Both Spencer and Ryan are a pleasure to work with, delivering professional, thorough and considerate service. An excellent experience across the board! I thought getting rid of nasty car urine smell would never happen. I was prepared to rip down drywall. Spencer did an amazing job of encapsulating and sealing the oder. I hired Simply Brand to clean the carpet in 4 rooms in my house. I was moving out of my rental home and into the home I purchased.
Simply Brand Services was there on time, dressed appropriately and helped me understand exactly what was going to happen. They got right to work, finished quickly and had no surprises on the bill.
I would absolutely recommend them for any carpet cleaning services.

We needed help bad! Just moved into a house to discover they previously had cats, and I am allergic to cats?!?! First week of living in new home was misery, and called Simply to see if they could help.
This team was extremely professional! I was impressed with them before they even showed up. Excellent communication and explanation of everything they do. Talked to Spencer through the entire process and he was extremely helpful.
Then when they showed up, they matched what they promised. We had the full Rotovac Restoration done on our carpets. Spencer and Ryan were great and they DELIVERED. Now I can enjoy our new home. I can breathe again! Thanks so much for a great job!

After bleach splattered on our study carpet, I thought it would be necessary to replace it. After some research, I found Simply Carpet Cleaning offered a carpet dye service. Although a little pricey, I knew if it worked, the price would be a fraction of carpet replacement. Spencer performed some magic and the carpet is as if the bleach accident had never happened. Stubborn bleach residue in the carpet resulted in 3 applications needed to totally remove the stains, but Spencer and Simply Carpet gladly made the return trips in a timely manner at no additional charge. This willingness to 'make things right with the right attitude' is a customer service option few companies offer. I will hire Simply Carpet again when I need further floor/upholstery service. I used this company on my favorite rug. It's super soft and I love the colors! I couldn't bare to give it up, but after 10 years of dirt and dog love, I decided to see if having it cleaned could save it.
Now, let me be clear. I have been a dog foster home for the last 7 years. Fourteen dogs have "loved" this rug for taking naps, barfing, peeing, etc.... the smell and dirt was pretty bad.
Ryan sent his team to pick up the rug and they gave it the pet cleaning treatment. Two weeks later my rug was ready to be returned. It arrived bright and completely smell-free. I also had this team clean a sofa that had also experienced some "dog love" and it looks brand new and there is NO chemical smell at all. These guys rock. And their prices are right in line with what everyone else charges. Call them...... you'll be glad.
