I am so beyond glad that I found Joanna! I have struggled with anxiety my whole life since childhood. I also have dealt with PTSD for almost the same amount of time. Then agoraphobia hit in the late 90s. And it has been at its worst since late 2011, I cannot go far from home without having panic attacks. It's debilitating, and is preventing me from doing so many things and going to so many places. I had my session with Joanna yesterday to try and bring up whatever memory I had buried deep down inside to cause my agoraphobia. I have been in therapy for over two decades and doing EMDR for the past couple of years and healed from other childhood trauma. But the agoraphobia was still an issue. I wanted to take back to my therapist what came up in my session with Joanna so that we can work through it in EMDR. During my session with Joanna I had three memories come through that I totally forgot about and made sense on why I could have the issues I have. I am still processing everything, but I have such a weird calmness when I was driving around. I look forward to listening to my recording that she made for me to listen to and do my own work at home. I highly recommend her. I am really hoping that this will be the start of me finally being able to beat my agoraphobia. I am also considering taking her Qigong classes. Joanna has such a soothing voice and is very empathetic & sympathetic and made it easy for me to trust her. Trust does not come easy for me either. I have taken Joanna's Qigong classes at Heart's Desire Hypnosis and Wellness Center for the last year and cannot say enough about the positive effect it has had on my life! It has improved my ability to sleep as well as helped with chronic pain management. I tell people to try the class for a minimum of three sessions - the more you go, the more you will realize the benefits. Joanna is a terrific teacher, ensuring all levels (including those who have never taken a class) feel welcome. She is positive and encouraging, and changes the class each week to ensure it is interesting and meets everyone's needs. Joanna is an amazing compassionate woman. I love being in her presence because , she is awesome. Her voice is soothing to my soul. What do you love most about your job?
I love to see my clients progress as a result of their sessions with me - including the side effects of becoming stress free and happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been interested in the power of the mind and I love to help people reach their potential in life! I learned about hypnosis and became a certified hypnotist in 2009. I continued learning and after becoming certified as a HypnoCoach I started my practice part time and went full time in 2017. It is my goal to empower my clients!
Why should our clients choose you?
I put a lot into each hypnosis session, which is customized to the specific needs of each client. I also have additional tools that I can use to help my clients, including Reiki, Qigong, and HypnoCoaching TM to help them live intentionally - as they would like to be! I spend time talking and listening to each client and exceed their expectations.

I provide hypnosis, Reiki+ healing, and Qigong Instruction on Zoom or other video/audio call and can provide other services remotely as needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Currently I am back to normal, with fresh coverings for seating and energy healing as well as personal hygiene and good air circulation. Masks, temperature readings, etc. have been discontinued per applicable regulations.
Hypnosis
Customized hypnosis session created using information provided by the client during a discovery session prior to the hypnosis appointment. Hypnosis lasts about one hour to one hour and 15 minutes with some time afterwards for discussion. I provide a recording of your session for your personal use to enhance your results through repetition.
Reiki+ Energy Healing
This is a 60-minute Energy healing session with components of Reiki, Qigong, and Sound Healing customized to the client's needs. The client relaxes for the session and there is a brief discussion of the findings afterwards.
Spiritual Counseling
This service is customized to the client's needs and goals. It may include a Gematria chart and reading, Reiki+ session, life coaching, or any other services offered, based on the client and my recommendations.
HypnoCoachTM Life Coaching
My coaching program starts with some powerful exercises to help my clients really know themselves, which help us to create goals and action plans that are best for the client. The best scenario is for weekly meetings, which can be in person and/or online and/or on phone.
