This place is great. The husband and wife run this place and they are good people. The wife is a huge cat lover. They have a little cat rescue place in the back. You can donate to help with the cost or a adopt a cute little meowing furball. I only buy cat food from them. I rather be giving my hard earned dollars to them than anyone else. I go here for Orijen. Fast, friendly service and fresh food. The cats they sell are well taken care of. There is a frequent buyer program for food with pricing better than Amazon for 25lb bags of Orijen.

I love this store. I have been many times and honestly have to resist going here sometimes since I cannot bring home 17 foster cats every-time I get cat and dog food haha the owners are extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and with animal care. Dawn was so cool. I was seriously stressing about some adorable scruffy lil kittens we found abandoned on a dirt road here in Hacienda Heights. Ive grown so attached to these kittens that almost 4 weeks later they are healthy fun living lil cuddlers that deserve an awesome life. I said a prayer and walla I get a msg that recommended this wonderful place. Could not be any happier with the service that the owner Dawn of Healthy Paws. She was easy to talk to and understand on the phone. Honestly, she was so refreshing to do business with. There should be more professionals such as this. ✌ My storys simple. I absolutely love this place. Good selection of the top premium foods, great pricing, groomer does a fantastic job, and the profit goes to rescue and adoption. This is an authentic Ma and Pa shop and they really love animals. I buy wet and dry food here but also DE and raw sometimes. But the best thing I love about Dawn is her advice. I saved a fortune when she told me how to fix mange and ringworm for just a few dollars. More important, her advice saved many of my rescue cats. Excellent excellent excellent, this is got to be the best Mexican place i south of the 605, the food was delicious the service was good, the waitress was pretty, my wife was very happy, the margarita was good, not like that weak ass margarita that El Torito serves, I will definitely visit this place again, children are welcome, but let you know it is a classy place, the price is on the high low range, but the food is well worth it

We like coming here to have our dogs nails clipped. Only takes about ten minutes for our three little ones to be taken care of. They are fast and friendly. But I do wish they didn't charge the full amount for just clipping one of my babies dew claws. It's not like they're clipping all of her nails. Anyway, I do recommend going to them for nail clipping. I rarely write reviews but tonight, feeling so thankful for my senior dog's improved quality of life, I was feeling grateful for Dawn at Healthy Paws and all the help she has given me over the years. She knows so much and is really willing to take the time to work with you to figure out the best products for your cat or dog. Her husband, Jeff,  is friendly and very helpful as well. Really great place with friendly and helpful staff! I heard about Healthy Paws because the brand I buy (Acana) pulled their product from Chewy. com making it only available at mom & pop places. It's tucked away in a corner next to the Ritz Gardens banquet hall. I called ahead to make sure they had the right food and they were quick about checking their stock and giving me a price right away. When I arrived, they walked me back to the shelf and carried the bag to the counter. It looked like they offered a lot of some of the best pet foods out there. The man rung me up quickly and told me they were all about healthy stuff. He was so nice and helpful (I can't say this enough). And they have a loyalty/rewards program where I get a bag of free food after I buy 12 bags! Chewy never offered that! And they had a tiny bit better price than some of the OC feed stores. Anyway, he carried the food to my trunk without me asking and even opened my door for me and wished me a good day. I was blown away by their quick service and hospitality - it's so very rare. Definitely give this place a shot! They won't disappoint & it makes you feel good to support a small local business rather than PetSmart or PetCo or online stores. More...

I got a cat here, and at the time she had a problem with other cats, she'd hiss and scratch. But when she got her shots, the next time she came we set her down next to a dog and a cat (She was in the cage but she would've hissed either way. ) And she started purring! I love her!
