Growing up as a gymnast and then suffering from an eating disorder as a teenager, I learned that being healthy was different then just losing weight and made it my mission to help others be as healthy as possible from the inside, out. Earning my Master's in Holistic Nutrition and then becoming a Certified Nutritional Chef and Personal Trainer, I also teach group fitness classes, teaching others to be the best version of themselves - not just what society deems as "perfect".
I provide everything from Nutrition Plans and one-on-one consultations to Personal Training and Chef Services, teaching clients that healthy food can still taste great!
