Encouragement, remind them that all their prior achievements didn't occur in one day, week, or month and that it's going to be a process to reach the goals they have set for themselves.

There's no "secret", but consistency, developing a plan that works for you on a consistent basis...where it becomes a part of your lifestyle, will garner the results you desire. The lifestyle changes include working out, eating healthily (no not just salads), getting sufficient rest, and taking care of yourself, inside and out.

People...and seeing them achieve their goals. I'm a people person and the relationships that are built develops a communal bond that can't be broken.

Everyone isn't for everyone, I'm a very calm person. I won't do any yelling, so if that's what you need I can respect that. I do encourage you, and I don't give you anything I don't think you can handle. Whether we are together or not, I will be somewhere reminding you that what you're aiming to do is achievable.

Yes, I will text or email a Zoom link. I also provide Zoom workout classes as well if you'd prefer to do a group setting.

Adding Zoom has been my biggest addition. For in person sessions, I wipe equipment before and after each session as well as wearing a mask.

Services

COVID has re-defined how things are comfortably done, for the purpose of being socially distant and everyone's comfort, I now offer Personal training via Zoom. We will do the work online using the components of your home, warmup cardio, strength training/HIIT training, and stretching as we make strides to you becoming a better version of yourself. We will have ongoing discussions about different strategies in which you can garner better results.

If you and a friend(s), would like to workout together we can do that in the comfort of your homes at a designated time in which everyone can join in.
