We needed a large door opening closed up with a partition wall that wouldn't ruin the floor or ceiling. He did a great job and was definitely the most affordable option we found. We recently got our garage remodelled with thi company and are extremely satisfied. The garage hadn't had much work since the 1940s when it was built, so they completely remodeled it, put a new roof, and made it into a great space. This was a relatively small job but Vadim agreed to take it on anyway.The work needed to get done within a short timeframe and team very quickly produced an estimate and the necessary paperwork for my board's approval. HCS Denver our master bathroom.The quality is first rate. It looks really good, too.The project had the normal schedule problems, and he still finished on time. The bathroom has 6 months of use now, and everything is still perfect.The price was high, but he was the only contractor who gave us a serious bid at the level of quality we wanted, so I'm not sure how high.I agree with the reviewer about asking for HCS Denver tile subcontractor Nixon.
