It was such a smooth and pleasurable process from the first phone call, to the on-site visit prior to the event, to the final day of support for 2 separate work shifts. Becca was amazing! She and her team provided such a wonderful and delicious holiday themed dinner. My technicians were very delighted and well fed. I think it was the first time we didn’t have an overload of leftovers which says something! There was a perfect amount of food for our whole team and their families! I was very happy with the tables decoration and the food on our wedding celebration. I decided to work with Becca because I liked how quickly she responded to my messages and how involved she was.
She came to the property a week previous to the wedding and helped me a lot with her suggestions on how to display things more effective and nicer.
She will adapt things to your liking, so make sure you are on the same page with what you like.

After striking out on our first two wedding venues, we were super anxious trying to pin down the catering of our wedding over Memorial Day weekend. But the most beautiful divine intervention led us to Becca at HB Catering PDX; It's All Greek to Me. She literally called me within 5-10 minutes of me posting a request on Bark, then was so unbelievably responsive, organized, affordable and professional over the next few months that my bride-to-be and I at first thought it was too good to be true and somehow a scam was in the works. Once we finally chatted on the phone about menu details, any suspicion or uneasiness was quickly dashed forever. Becca had us on the phone for over an hour, articulating her vision for not only the food but also nice little touches involving a color scheme for the flatware, table arrangements, bunting and flowers. After meeting her at the wedding venue, she had tremendous suggestions on how to best use the small space to accommodate our 50 guests and went over all the logistics. So we expanded her role to include wedding planning responsibilities. She was true to her word by the time we got married, over-delivering on both the inventive menu we decided on that included the most delicious Greek cuisine, as well as the look and feel of the venue. With a major assist from her lovely and talented daughter Hailey, we were blown away by all of their touches and over the moon with joy and satisfaction. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By speaking with our clients and seeking out what exactly they are looking for, both in flavor and presentation. Then, working to develop a menu that satisfies the wants and needs of the client while staying within their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Making their event what they wanted and seeing the satisfaction with the job meeting their goals and vision.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to give each person, whether a big job or a small jb, the opportunity to have their special event as they envision it. Sometimes I can help them create that vision when asked to do so. Lots of freedom in operating your own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Not only am I very attentive and responsive to my clients, I take pride in the services I provide, at a price-point they can afford. I have my own small ware, decor and linens, so there is no reason to have to rent, as we bundle things to meet their needs.

I can do event planning and coordination remotely, but any catering, requires at a minimum, delivery of the food.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I try to set up foods do they are individually plated or skewered, or I try to have staff available to assist in dishing things up off a buffet line. We use gloves and masks are always available along with shields should they be requested. Single use drinkware is the chosen option when practical.
