We needed our water damaged sub-floor in three rooms repaired before the new floor could be installed. It had to coordinated with the installer’s schedule. Warren Hawley manages time well since he has bigger, more profitable jobs going on at the same time, yet he was willing to do a relatively small job in a rural area. Many contractors can’t be bothered but was necessary for us. The carpenters were on time, respectful of our property and cleaned up each day. They were careful to keep gates closed for the safety of the dogs which is a must. The job was completed in two days, under budget and perfectly done.
