The salon is so cute! Pleasant and upbeat without an in-you-face attitude. At first I was kinda apprehensive, --I have curly hair. I mean REAL unruly,coarse,frizzy,nasty curly hair. I went to see Linda who I was told is a curly hair maven. She was patient and told me what she would do, gave me a Diva cut ,then colored, then balliaged ,then put yummy lotions and potions onto my head.She transformed me from a wild woman to a lady. Newbury Street hair styling without the prices!
Cyndi is awesome, fixed a really bad haircut that I thought it could never be fixed. Everyone is very friendly, Iva greets and makes everyone feel really comfortable right away.

Finally reconnected with Iva who I used to see at a salon in Arlington. So happy with the cut and color she gave me!! Loved Haven & Hair and my new do thanks to Iva! Took a chance on this salon because it was close to home and looked so cute, and I could not be happier that I did. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and Iva took it to the next level exceeding my expectations. My color is beautiful and the cut is awesome. Cannot say enough about Hair & Haven or Iva. I went in on a whim looking for a new stylist and some advice on a less that great haircut I had received at another salon, and am so happy I did. The salon is beautiful and welcoming and the service is outstanding. After the amazing essential oils massage and hair mask during my shampoo, Iva was the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted and using her expertise to give me the perfect cut for my hair type and face shape. She was friendly and enjoyable to chat with and her knowledge about hair is exceptional. I could not be happier with my new style. She even took extra time to teach me how to style my new cut and answer all my questions about caring for my hair type.
