I seriously cannot recommend Karizma enough!! During the planning process she was completely open and made suggestions for plating and pairings. She created a menu all inspired by my soon-to-be nieces name for a baby shower! 5 courses, played and served at an intimate affair. Her service, prep, and professionalism were amazing but her FOOD WAS THE STAR OF EVERYTHING. Perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated, and created just for my event. Herb crusted Lamb Chops with a jalapeño mint purée
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The first step is the consultation. This allows me to gather information that I need. During the consultation, I learn more about their vision, preferences, and tastes. After that, I can come up with specific dishes or a specific menu for that client. I use my thorough knowledge of ingredients and experience to create custom dishes! It’s literally one of my favorite things about what I do!
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can create wonderful food, experiences, and memories for others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the food service industry for so long and I love cooking. I worked in many restaurants and hotels. I realized to give the quality and detail I wanted, I would have to start my own business!
