This is one of the best eateries around. I have been enjoying their excellent food and the friendly bartenders and wait staff for many many years. I highly recommend this warm establishment to anyone wanting a pleasant dining experience or a comfortable place to knock back a few cocktails with the friendly locals. I recently celebrated my 21st at Hartford Road. I could not have asked for a better party. The meatballs, along with the rest of the food and beverages, were amazing. Many of my guests went back for seconds. The wait staff was very kind and attentive. Thank you to Chris and the staff for making my birthday stress free and enjoyable. I am a Manchester business man with a shop on Hartford Road and I sure am happy that Pamela John has opened the Hartford Road Cafe again. I have lunch there almost every day and often come back for dinner. She has done a wonderful job of cleaning up the place and now has a very nice group of customers that are regulars at the cafe. The meals feel like what mom used to make and you can tell that Pamela puts a lot of thought into each dinner.
