What do you love most about your job?
I'm inspired by my clients willingness to see what is possible and work at accomplishing their desired outcomes. I love seeing my clients progressly land their accomplishments and by acknowledging their milestones lends to the motivation of obtaining their larger goals. The most powerful component of coaching for me is building a strong connective relationship with each client. A trusting partnership leads to empowering confident clients, who boldly pursue the dreams they invision for their life. It brings me great joy to be in service to people from all over the world and from all walks of life. I love having a flexibility schedule which allows me to spend quality time with my family and loved ones.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to make my own decisions have a flexible schedule and be my own boss.

I am an ICF Certified Coach and an expert in health, wellness and spirituality which has been a lifelong practice. Working with people from the inside out I've been in leadership and coaching for over 30 years. I've recently added ontological coaching to my practice to enhance the services I offer my clients to create a Hardee Lifestyle!
