Where to begin? The place is in an old pin shop and the decor is awesome with a unique twist. Every staff member that I have ran into over the years have always been bubbly, always smiling and eager to talk cupcakes But, there are 3 employees in my opinion that shine. Rachel, Jam and Kyle. We rented the cupcake truck for a wedding in September and it was a big hit! The entire process of using them for our wedding from start to finish was awesome - when we first inquired, they invited us try a few flavors to help decide what we wanted for the wedding - and then after we chatted, they recommended something completely different - We went with their recommendation and we were very glad we did. My fiancé and I just went to Hardcore Sweet for our cake tasting after our original bakery for our wedding closed its doors. Nicole has been amazing throughout the whole process, she is very personable and funny. The cupcakes were to die for and everything you can want in a cupcake, so delicious! Tried a few things at Compassionfest in Connecticut and was very pleased. The cupcakes are HUGE, so well worth the price. There were quite a few options on the menu and a bunch looked sold out, so they were clearly a hit the day I went . The man that boxed my treats was also very friendly. Cup cakes are awesome. Went for a kids bakery class which was fun but the 1 instructor Makayla was not cut out for that type of job, as she wasn't that friendly and wasn't very hands on with the kids. The other instructor with the pink hair was very nice and she tried very hard to assist with the kids and be fair when passing out the frosting or helping them when she could. Nicole @ Hardcore was awesome to work with in getting cupcakes and a small for the cake cutting at our wedding this past Memorial Day Weekend.
She was responsive and communicated often, even with us planning our wedding from 2 states away. Nicole also without hesitation worked to personalize our order, and all her recommendations were spot on. Her team delivered for us to the venue on the day of and everything went off without a hitch.
Most importantly, everything was DELICIOUS. For cupcakes we got the Deniro, the Tiramisu and the Lemon Cheesecake, and they were all perfect. Our cake for the bride and groom was a personalized version of the Buddy Holly and was absolutely phenomenal. We were super happy and couldn't ask for more!

Nicole saw a few photos and understood what we wanted, after unanimously agreeing on the Chai Latte flavor. Nicole talked with us for a while, and quickly learned that we had a lot in common. Considering we live in Brooklyn, NY, Nicole was super communicative and helped us coordinate delivery of flowers for our cake, and the cake to the wedding. Unique cupcake flavors and some basic ones as well. Lots of seating. Trendy atmosphere. The girl who helped my family was polite. It was our first time there so we had a lot of questions but she took the time to answer them. Option to take out or eat your cupcakes there. Okay. I order every cake for my family here. They will make anything that not o ly looks awesome but tasted spectacular. We have had WWE cakes, princess cakes, peppa pig and cupcakes galore.
