I can't put into words how wonderful my experience was at Happy Tails. I was on a last minute vacation to New Orleans and desperate to find somewhere I trusted to watch my high energy dog during the days while I was in the city. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I encountered. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made it clear that they knew they were taking care of my most precious possession. When I was unexpectedly detained, they stayed a few minutes late so I could pick her up. When I decided I wanted to spend a night in the city, I rested easy knowing that she was with animal-loving professionals. I picked her up happy and tired from a day of playing. It was clear to me that the staff had taken the time to get to know her and what would make her happy and comfortable. Only wish I lived close enough to be Happy Tails' best customer. More...

Great place. Every dog is treated like a special guest. The environment is so dog (and people) friendly, it's impossible not to want to bring your pups or big dogs in. I've seen all sizes and ages when I've been in. The owners are great. The kids working and playing with the dogs seem to love their work...and my dogs too.
