Heather knows dogs and owners. She has given us effective training information, support, and explanations about behavior (ours and the dogs. ) She has a great sense of humor. Heather is great with dogs and their humans. First she asks about your habits and expectations, while observing the dog. Then she goes to work, using treats and/or a clicker, to show/tells you how to start correcting the major problems as well as some common bad habit. Heather can get to dog to obey various commands, some without uttering a word. Heather is great! Six years ago I adopted a Rottweiler from animal control. Angela had some behavioral issues once we brought her home! She was quite aggressive toward me and my kids, and very food aggressive! Heather came to our house and worked with me and Angela. She taught me a lot of important things about being a good pet owner. She worked with Angela and then had me work with Angela. Within 2 weeks Angela had made great progress. I’m not sure of Angela’s prior history , but after 2 months her behavior completely changed. I adopted Angela when she was 4 years old. Today she is 10 years old and is very well behaved!! Angela is very loving and obiedient. Angela has also worked with me in the past to teach young cub scouts how to be good pet owners. She also walked and and helped us raise donations for the local shelter for needy pets! I was impressed with Angela’s progress, and chose a career in veterinary field so I could continue to educate myself and help animals. Me, my family and Angela can not thank Heather and her company enough for providing us all with the education and understanding needed to make a happy home with humans and fur babies!
