What Happy Holmes Cleaning Services loves most about our job is seeing the end result of our work. Making our clients happy is our #1 goal. We want our clients to have a peace of mind knowing that the job will be done right!
Doing a great job not only makes it easy for the client to sale, rent or lease the property, it guarantees us repeat business and referrals. Cleanliness can be of the utmost importance when it comes to an income property. The bottom line is, "A dirty property can make you and break you!"
What inspired you to start your own business?
Happy Holmes Cleaning Services was started because I saw a great need for quality cleaning services at an affordable rate. I worked as an Attendant Supervisor at a home health agency and noticed how many clients needed house cleanings in addition to their in-home attendant care. I spoke with a case manager at the Texas Department Of Family And Protective Services about how many clients we serviced that needed cleanings that an attendant provider couldn't do. She informed me that there is a state funded program that pays for one-time residential cleanings. I applied for the contract, got it and the rest is history!

Happy Holmes Cleaning Services follows all CDC and EPA recommended guidelines when related to cleaning procedures and products. Wearing masks, gloves, using hospital grade cleaning products and paying extra attention when cleaning high-touch surfaces & high-traffic areas has always been implemented in our cleaning services.

Vacation Rental: change & wash towels, bed linens, make beds; clean/disinfect kitchen counters, sinks, faucets, appliances, cabinets, wash & put away dishes; clean/disinfect bathroom sinks, faucets, counters, cabinets, bathtubs, showers, toilets, all high-touch surfaces, furniture; dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, knickknacks, polish furnishings; vacuum upholstered furniture, carpets/rugs, sweep flooring & mop with disinfectant, clean baseboards, empty waste bins clean if needed and replace liner, take out trash and recycling restock provided supplies, sweep entryway; carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, interior window cleaning available upon request
