The website is pretty well laid out, but doesn't offer pricing at all. I tried to call to inquire about pricing, but they were unwilling to discuss pricing over the phone. This is odd, because the website says to call for their best price. After being told that I need to come in to get pricing I explained that I'm not close by and wanted to get an idea of the range before I make the trip down. I was told they don't sell over the phone, I'd have to come in. When I am in Flushing to shop in person I'll be sure to avoid this spot. More...

We ordered a refrigerator from them and they were able to deliver. Given the difficulty due to street closures, the drivers were very communicative keeping us in the loop that he was around just trying to locate a safe spot to stop the vehicle. When he came upstairs for delivery, him and his partner started to disassemble our old fridge and even informed us that we need to have the super shut off the valve as water will leak everywhere if they just move the fridge. While waiting for the super to arrive, the 2 gentlemen starting to move pieces of the new refrigerator into the apartment and not once rushed us. They waited patiently until the super said it was safe to swap out the appliances. The 2 gentlemen moved our old fridge out with such care as to not break anything in the apartment and very attentive to ensuring they did not leave any old parts lying around. When it came to putting the new refrigerator in the gentlemen made sure to double check the request of us changing the door side. I was very impressed with their delivery service and their professionalism. After set up, the 2 men made sure to triple check the fridge , to make sure everything is working properly before leaving.
