I live in Washington state and I order flowers for my mom and grandma at least 4 times each year from this flower shop. I order them online as that’s easiest. They always deliver gorgeous arrangements on time and they follow my special instructions, too (I once asked the delivery person to tell my mom that she rocks and he did). I’ve never been disappointed. My mom sends pictures of the flowers each time and they’re lovely. Pro-tip- send your mom flowers on YOUR birthday to say thanks for birthing you. Your mom will love it. I called from NJ on the Friday before Labor Day weekend to order flowers for my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary. Carly was most helpful and professional. She explained that the shop would be closed for the holiday weekend but she could have an arrangement prepared and delivered that afternoon. And she did just that! I'm so glad that I went with Happiness Is... for my wedding flowers. Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process including set up the day of my wedding. The centerpieces, arch, bouquets, and boutonnieres turned out amazing, and I received several compliments from guests and my bridal party. I do not normally write reviews however my Flowers are absolutely Beautiful and creative. My husband sent me flowers at work today to celebrate our 14th Anniversary. They arrived bright and early and as I said are Very Beautiful. I ordered flowers online to be sent to my grandma's funeral since I live out of state. I originally asked for the flowers to be delivered a day earlier than the funeral (just to be safe), but the flower shop sent me an email saying that they would deliver them the day of the funeral because the funeral hall did not like getting flowers too early.
