Jessica did an absolutely amazing job for us at our wedding in Captiva, FL. We needed a 'day of' coordinator to make sure the wedding went smoothly and all the key events at the reception happened as we planned. Jessica was the 'glue' that made all of this happen for us - it was.a perfect day!Before the wedding, Jessica met with us to understand our needs and expectations. She asked us some great questions and help us solve some challenges with our order of events and schedule. This was a great help before locking everything in place with the venue.On the day of the wedding, she was there from the beginning - helping to get decorations in place and directing our vendors to the correct location when they arrived. During the ceremony, Jessica worked with the site's event staff to make sure everything went smoothly - the musicians, the officiant... even making sure the guests knew where they were supposed to be. The reception was also flawless - we had some speeches and even a 'newlywed' game that Jessica helped us host.We had a perfect day and could not have done it without Jessica's help! Jessica was amazing from the beginning of planning my wedding until the day of. My wedding was a destination wedding and I had so many concerns but Jessica reassured me that everything was going to turn out perfect and it did. She was there from the very beginning where we planned everything and had three meetings until the day of wedding day coordination. She had thought of things that I did not even think about. Not only was my wedding day perfect I had guests at my wedding saying how crazy it was that everything went so perfect. But we had NOTHING go wrong and at the end of the night Jessica and her team had packed up my stuff such as decor in the boxes I had shipped them out in and taped and labeled each box. Happily Ever Florida is a hard working group of people. Jessica never hesitated to handle something, run an errand, work with our schedules, or be there in any way we needed. We hired Jessica to be our partial-planner and it was one of the best decisions we made with planning our wedding. She really took the burden off of us in the months leading up and I'm glad I found her when I did. She thinks ahead with all of the details and helped me think of things I was overlooking. Her personality is very calming too so I always felt better after talking to her. If you want things to be easier for your wedding, Jessica and her team are definitely worth the investment. She can make practically anything and her flower designs are better than Pinterest! I hired Jessica for our destination wedding last March. I was searching for a wedding planner for a longggg time and from the first time we hopped on the phone, I knew I wanted her to be a part of our day. My husband and I live out of state, so I was planning this epic weekend from a far. As the days drew near for me to walk down the aisle, I handed her the reigns and she executed with perfection. From the beginning of this wedding planning process, I told myself to expect the unexpected. Of course, I hoped it wouldn’t happen but even when the unexpected occurred, Jessica handled it quickly and didn’t allow anything to cause me stress. Happily Ever Florida does not disappoint! I got quotes from two other wedding planners and couldn't believe what they were asking for. Jessica honestly does not get paid enough for all the work she does! She saved us a ton of money on our wedding flowers and they were way better than any pics I saw from other florists! She is the complete package. An amazing wedding planner, talented flower designer, and good person with a warm heart and genuine personality. She is super down to earth and never made me feel bad about wanting to save money. The day of my wedding was as worry free as it gets and I’m lucky I got to have her as my planner. Jessica was absolutely incredible to work with. It sounds cliché, but she truly helped to deliver the day of my dreams! She made sure to understand my style and the feel that I wanted, so that every detail was exactly as I had envisioned. Honestly, I’ve always been one of those people that is a “do it yourselfer”, and with all the financial burdens of a wedding, I always thought hiring a planner was more for ease then necessity. Little did I know that I NEEDED her! She was absolutely necessary, and the glue that brought everything together. Her way of thinking through each scenario and then coming up with a way to prepare for the best possible outcome is a true gift. It's funny because I purposely kept pushing off "plan B" (which is a brides nightmare if it rains") and Jessica respected my decision in not wanting to talk about it (hehe). Well..come the day of the wedding guess what-- IT RAINED! And i repeatedly will say -- IF IT WASNT FOR JESSICA I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE HOW MUCH STRESS I WOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER!
