James and Joanne are everything we wanted in a wedding photography service and more. They were very proactive in suggesting opportunities for photos in addition to the candid shots they took. Our wedding was held in a restaurant with very dim, warm lighting and minimal space to work with, yet they've given us hundreds of beautiful photos as well as group pictures with our families and friends. After the wedding, every single family member that attended told us how much they love James and Joanne. They impressed our guests with how involved and sociable they were in our wedding. James and Joanne are the best photographers we could've worked with for our wedding day. James is the artist who knows what makes a great photo. He knew to take command when we were posing for photos and to disappear into the background during the ceremony and whenever we were busy. Joanne is the organizer who keeps us on track and professionally responds to our requests. She also took photos of the wedding from angles and positions that James couldn't get to. Together, they make a mighty team and provide a great service at a very affordable price level. They have gotten a lot more business between when I hired them and the wedding so that they are now booked almost every week and were able to invest in new equipment before the wedding. I was referred to Hanz photography by a really good friend. I, first, found their beautiful work from Facebook, where my friend was tagged in some of the photos. The colors were vibrant and all of the engagement photos Hanz photography did were extremely beautiful. James worked with me and continued to stay in contact with me until the wedding. My wedding was very simple and was held inside the church but the pictures were so warm and beautiful. It rained on my wedding day so I did not want to take pictures outside before the wedding. James was absolutely fantastic! We did outdoor photos, studio photos, and wedding day photos. Even though we were being very awkward, nervous, and shy at the first time, he was being patient for us and made us feel relaxed. As time goes, we could focus on each other. He created some stunning shots. His style was exactly what we were looking for. He captured all the natural emotions. It was very easy to communicate with his wife as his assistance and a photo editor. They kept updates us with the sample photos as we were getting close to the wedding day. And after couple weeks later of the wedding, the vintage cute wooden USB arrived at our mailbox. We both were so excited to look through. Whenever the guest visits our house, we all sit in front of the TV and share the wedding photography. We have gotten so many compliments on them too.
