About

I have spent way too much on Bark credits in order to contact clients who had ”shown interest in my services”, only to never get any response back from them. Please feel free to look at my website for more information on services, rates, reviews, and to contact me directly via email.

General Photography

Hans was and is incredible! I'm from out of town and was in to pop the question, and Hans had the perfect place and brought Champagne for the posed shots! The pics are fabulous, I highly recommend him. More...

Q&As

Lighting, composition, and emotion. If you can control or manipulate those three aspects, you are more likely to create a photo that people enjoy. Draw attention to the main subject of the image by determining what else should (and should not) be visible in the photo as well.

What sort of photos were you hoping to have taken (candid, choreographed, staged, fine art, commercial, etc.)? What sort of emotions or adjectives do you want portrayed in the photo? How soon would you need the photos or video to be taken/finished/edited and returned to you?

I love the variety and working with multiple clients in a variety of settings, getting to learn a little about their life/job and how I can help them with their photography needs. I love the creativity that comes with taking photographs, along with the attention to detail and focus that I get when taking photos or video. I enjoy the challenge of learning about new techniques and the new equipment that comes with ever improving (or at least ever changing) cameras and software.

I wanted to have more control of my schedule and find an enjoyable, less stressful career. I decided to try turning my hobby of photography into a business, and over the past 3 years I have managed to change it from a hobby, to a part time business, into now nearly my full time job.

I am professional, detail oriented, and strive to make sure the client is happy with my work. I respond quickly to inquiries, and also have a quick turnaround time on delivering the finished photos or video. I arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently, making sure all the small (and large) details are covered and taken care of for the photos or video to turn out excellent. I am able to work independently in the background if need be, but can also communicate and work with individuals or large groups to choreograph and stage certain photos, etc.
