Used this place three times while on vacation. Not overly crowded in the mornings. The owner was very friendly, the facility clean, and plenty of machines and weights for most folks. Nice clean small local gym. Great place to keep up your workout if you're on vacation in Ft Myers Beach. I just had a bilateral knee replacement. Needed a place for my rehab while on vacation. Perfectly located on the strip of fort Myers beach. Hammerhead is a quaint little gym with all a man, or woman, needs to meet their individual workout. Many different machines and enough free weights to satisfy the Incredible Hulk. Pleasant music rings throughout the gym which is adorned with different figures of hammerhead sharks. The owner and employees are warm and very accommodating. Great gym with great staff. It's a perfect place to exercise away from home and has everything you need. Very clean but compact. At 10 dollars a day for a guest pass it's fairly priced for the amenities. Only thing is I wish they had a full locker room. It can get busy though so try and go after the morning rush, around 11am. This is a fantastic gym to use regularly or while on vacation. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean. There is a personal trainer on site and I have been very pleased with him. There are vacation-friendly plans so whether you are going to be in Fort Myers Beach for a few days or a few months, there is a plan for you. They have free weights and machines.Great location too!
