Strength Collective is fantastic. The space is clean and bright. The team is supportive and positive. I train with Jenny. Jenny makes all my workouts safe, tough, and attainable . I am strong, balanced, and goal-oriented which has been strengthened by working out with my fellow athletes and trainer. This is a fabulous community to workout with every morning. More...

Working out at Strength Collective is so refreshing! The space itself is open and clean. You don't feel like you're fighting for space, you're not wrinkling your nose to the stench of other people due to close quarters, and everything is kept clean and organized. Plus there's a variety in equipment making workouts more fun and interesting! Those environment attributes alone, I can tell my workouts feel more energized and my mental game is more on point! The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! They love the facility and it shows in their training services. Every trainer there is super encouraging and genuinely wants you to reach your fitness goals. And so does everyone else at the gym! The encouraging camaraderie at Strength Collective is definitely one of my favorite things about the place. I could not recommend this gym enough! More...

Training at Strength Collective is a great experience! It is great to come to a gym and not think for awhile and have someone else looking out for your goals. You don't have to worry or wonder what your focus will be, because the trainers will be guiding your workouts and ensuring you are progressing and working towards your goals. Jenny is fantastic! She'll work with you to determine some specific goals and will build a program just for you. It's not a one size fits all workout. She modifies if necessary as you go, and she's a great educator. There's clients at all fitness levels during our workouts, so no one has to worry about whether they are familiar with strength training before working out with Jenny. More...

How to describe working with Jenny? I will tell you that she knows her stuff and you will get a great workout. I've been with her for over 2 years and I haven't gotten bored yet. With Jenny's encouragement and guidance (i.e. training plan) I signed up for and completed my first triathlon. This year I'm signed up for 2! Even better than how your body feels after working out with Jenny, your spirit will feel even better. Jenny is both challenging and encouraging. I went from a sedentary nearly 300 pound person to a person who works out five days a week at 5:30 am. And the real kicker is that I enjoy it. Jenny gives me the confidence and inspiration to continue on this life-changing path and I will forever be grateful for her spirit and brightness that shines on me every single day. When I signed up with Jenny I had hoped to lose some weight. Instead I have gained a new life, a great friend, muscles for days, confidence, energy, and of course, I did lose the weight as I had originally hoped for. Fitness goals are fluid for most people. My ability to be adaptive in my training helps people exceed their goals and discover things they never knew were possible.

When people can shift their focus to how they FEEL instead of how they LOOK, that's where the magic really happens. Getting caught up in the scale is a dangerous and unhealthy means to great fitness. I focus on overall body composition, gaining confidence and empowering the people that I work with.

I'm so fortunate that I get to wake up every day to a career that has changed MY life.

I had a life changing transformation that flung me into wanting to help people change their lives. Going from a corporate job into being an entrepreneur was the greatest decision I've ever made.

I don't think that every trainer is a good fit. Personal training is just that... personal. It's important to have good chemistry with the personal trainer you choose. You need to really trust each other. That relationship is really important. If I meet someone and I know my methods aren't a good fit, I make a recommendation for someone that would be. This isn't about my ego, it's about your health!
