I just inform you people who going to file mandamus immigration with these lowers, you do not waste your time and your money. these days 95% of cases are will dismissed. he Jim hacking said after max 4 months will get answer from immigration, but my case is marriage and it is more than 15 months, still judge not rule motion that means the case will be dismissed. do not pay these lawyers that will not tell you true, they just make a risk with our money, that is all. good luck! When we first contacted the Hacking Immigration Law Firm, we expressed to them that we were desperate and needed urgent help to move our case along. It is our belief that they completely took advantage of this. We were given multiple assurances at first, as time went on it became apparent that this was a sales pitch that we had fallen for and anytime we expressed concerns we were essentially ignored. There were multiple occasions where we would communicate an issue to the firm only to be told that there was no cause for worry but then our case was delayed again due to their lack of action. The team seems completely disorganised, we were never given updated information unless we explicitly asked, our representing attorney changed without any notice to us prior, when we would schedule meetings with Mr. Hacking his team would forget to send us the needed information to participate even when we reminded them and we were later chastised because we “did not show”, and there are multiple times we would have to repeatedly ask for confirmations and questions to be answered as they would often forget. At the end of the day, we spent 5k to be gaslit, misled, and ignored when we have 100% no doubt that this firm did not help our case at all and we got our visa approval from our own hard work. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Jim Hacking and his office. Jim and Andrew are professional and very knowledgeable about immigration laws. I came across Jim Hacking through online threads and youtube videos. My N400 application was delayed. After reaching out, I had a quick remote session with Andrew, he went over the process, which made me feel very comfortable. After the process was started, within a month I got my interview scheduled. Within a few months my citizenship process was completed. All my questions throughout the process were answered promptly. We hired the firm to assist us with my wife’s adjustment of status based on our marriage, and worked directly with both Jim and Ashley. In handling our case, Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our application was complete, promptly and clearly answering all our questions so we could have the strongest case possible. I would like to show gratitude to Jim for the help that he had provided me for my naturalization case. I had to wait 26 months before he filed a writ of mandamus and eventually I got my citizenship approved. One area I like to suggest to be prompt on following up is immediately after the notice of interview.
