I was diagnosed as an HEPATITIS B in 2013 with fibrosis of the liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which reduced the viral load initially. We were driving to a restaurant that was featured on a tv show but it was closed. We decided to drive around the area and stumbled upon the Gypsy Cab Co. at first I was a little thrown off because the outside sign states urban food. But we decided to try something new! We loved it. The Mrs. had a burger and fries, I had the Gypsy Cab chicken wrap. The food was fresh, hot, cooked as requested and tasty. The fries were crispy on the outside with a light airy potato inside. The pasta salad had crispy vegetables and el dente pasta twists. The drinks were cold the desserts were good. We gathered at Gypsy Cab (Corner Bar while Gypsy is renovated) to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was exceptional. The menu is diverse and creative and the chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. I had the Crab Stuffed Flounder and it was delicious. The piece of fish was substantial and perfectly blackened. I also tried my husbands Cuban Seafood, a friend’s Shrimp Rockefeller, and another friend’s Chicken Artichoke Gorgonzola - all were unique and flavorful. The hummus and salmon appetizers were great. It took a lot for me to stray away from my Gypsy favorite - the House Salad, but I was not disappointed. I was still able to have their addictive nutritional yeast dressing on my dinner salad. Also, it’s worth mentioning that their Peanut Butter Pie is divine. All in all it was a wonderful evening. We can’t wait to enjoy Gypsy in the renovated space. More...

We ate at Gypsy Cab last night, actually in the Corner Bar, while they clean and renovate the Restaurant building. I met the new owners, very kind and hospitable people. Our server was fantastic, knowledgeable about the menu, and did a great job keeping track of individual checks with our large party that kept playing musical chairs😊 The hummus and salmon app platters were delish! I ordered the chicken artichoke Gorgonzola pasta dish, it was hot, creamy, and flavorful! The salad dressing on the house salad is one of a kind. It was a fun evening with friends, and I can’t wait to see the renovations once the restaurant building opens back up! More...
